In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (except COD, where available).
Safai Pro may cancel orders due to stock issues, payment failure, or suspected fraud.

Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
5. Returns & Refunds
Customers must record a clear continuous video while opening (unboxing) the parcel, starting from showing the sealed package.
Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect products will only be considered if an unboxing video is provided.
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Opened or used items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logo and product designs, belongs to Safai Pro and cannot be used without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Safai Pro is not liable for misuse of products or indirect damages.
